Send a foundation repair request

Tell us what you see in a few lines. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What to put in the form

  • Your name, phone, email and the ZIP code of the property. The ZIP code tells us which area the house is in.
  • What you are seeing. Cracks, a bowing wall, water, crumbling stone, settling, or a crawl space problem. Pick the closest one.
  • A little more. Where it is, how big it is, when you first noticed it, and whether it has changed. A few plain sentences is plenty.
  • How you would like to be contacted. Pick whatever is easiest for you.

What happens next

We pass your request to an independent local foundation repair contractor who serves your ZIP code. The contractor, not this site, contacts you about your request. They set up a time to look at it and explain any fee for the visit, and that is a good moment to ask questions. You decide whether to go ahead with any work. If no contractor can take your request, we let you know.

If a wall or ceiling looks like it could give way, keep everyone out of that area now. If water is near outlets or appliances, stay out of it.

This site is a referral service. It connects you with an independent local foundation repair contractor. It is not a contractor itself. See our privacy page.
